Health Tip For Living Longer
There are a few simple changes you can make to your daily life to make yourself a healthier person, and ultimately let you live a longer life. These simple health tips can give you more energy throughout your day and even give you a "natural high" that can improve your mood and self-esteem.
The first tip is to exercise at least three times per week for roughly thirty minutes to an hour per exercise. Some good exercises can be as simple as walking around the neighborhood or taking a swim at a local swimming pool. If you're hesitant to start, try beginning with smaller time limits and work your way up to the right amount. By doing so you'll train your mind to make exercise one of your top priorities.
The second health tip is to stretch before going to sleep. This loosens your muscles and tendons to make you more flexible and limber. Most people don't know this, but when you're more flexible you reduce the chance of injury to your body, because your body is more likely to give to forces rather than break.
The last of my health tips is to drink at least eight to nine glasses of water each day. Water helps to flush out your system of harmful toxins. It also helps to reduce your hunger throughout the day by giving you a sense of "fullness," preventing unnecessary snacking.
If you start integrating these simple, yet effective health tips into your daily life I'm sure you'll start to notice a difference in your body as well as your mood. Yet possibly the most you'll gain from these small changes will be the long term effects that you'll attain, such as living a longer, more fulfilling life. I challenge you to start using these tips today and begin living a healthier life!

health tips for every living souls
Here are some easy health tips to help you and your family maintain good health.
Make it a daily effort to move more than you did the previous day. Use the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator. Take your dog for a walk. Chase your children, toss the ball around with friends. Mow the lawn. If you can do anything to move your body, do it. You don't have to go to the gym - just use your legs and your arms more than you usually do.
Cut out fat from your diet. Avoid fatty meats and burgers. Eat low-fat versions of cream, milk, cottage cheese, cheese and ice cream. Eat limited amounts of sauces, butter, margarine, mayonnaise, sandwich meats and nuts. Most foods are now available in low or limited-fat versions, so try them out.
Stop smoking. Since as far back as 1960, when the United States Surgeon General announced that smoking is bad for you, many Americans have been trying to cut back on their use of tobacco products. Unfortunately, smoking is not down in adolescents and teens. We need to teach our children not to smoke - it's one of the most important health tips you can hand down.
Try to reduce the stress you face on a day to day basis. That's easier said than done, but you can use stress busters to help. You can think thoughts that are positive, or spend a half hour walking in the park or soaking in a hot tub. You may opt to get a facial or a haircut, or get a massage - those can be quite relaxing. Meditate, try not to get aggravated if you can avoid it. Avoiding difficult people can help in this area. If you see red, think pink instead - it's a more relaxing color,
Get away from pollution. This is one of the health tips that everyone can benefit from. Avoid smog whenever you can, like smoke-filled rooms. Stay out of high-traffic areas, stay away from breathing highway fumes, and don't exercise in high-traffic neighborhoods. DO exercise outside when the smog level is low, but exercise indoors when there is a lot of smog. Plant shrubbery in your yard or common area, and grow plants inside, to help take in carbon dioxide and give off oxygen.
When you drive, or ride in a car, always wear your seat belts. You will probably live longer, based on statistics. They can help to add to the chance of not being seriously injured if you are in a wreck.
Avoid drinking excessively. One glass of wine may be helpful to your overall health, in lowering your risk of heart disease, but more than that can cause problems in your kidneys and liver.

KIDS HEALTH TIPS
The health of children is a major issue in the US and UK not only for each individual family but also for the governments. More and more children are falling prey to bad eating habits and are suffering from childhood obesity. What can be done to ensure that they don't end up developing a huge potbelly and protect their health?
Here are 3 health tips for your kids to help them avoid obesity problems in both childhood and when they become adults.
1. Start training them early:
Training your kids on how to lead a healthy life should start early. When they are very young teach them healthy eating and lifestyle habits. Avoid putting sugary products on their soother or giving them sweet snacks and sugary drinks just for an easy life. If you train them in good health right from an early age, they would be able to make health choices for themselves when they become older.
Some parents indulge their children with unhealthy foods when they are young and then can't understand why they won't eat fresh fruits and vegetables when they are older. Parents should encourage children to eat healthy foods right from the start!
2. Eat as a family:
A family which eats together stays healthy together. It is common practice nowadays for parents to eat separately or in front of the television set. It is far better to sit round the table as a family so that you can ensure that they are following the healthy eating habits that you have taught them.
Eating as a family has the added advantage of each person having the opportunity to discuss their day and for you to know if there are any problems to be addressed. Share all your ups and downs!
Children also learn about social skills required for when they grow up. It has been found in the UK that a number of children entering primary school for the first time do not even know how to use a knife and fork because they are so used to eating pizza or other finger foods in front of the TV. How sad is that?
3. Be a role model for your kids:
How can you expect your kids to follow your advice if you do not practice what you preach. Practice what you preach; your kids too will follow you! Children, especially very young children imitate their parents and copy what they do. If they see you following a healthy and perfect lifestyle they will more than likely, do the same.
Keep in mind that kids, even though younger in age than you, are not fools! They see and understand more than what you think. By walking the talk and living a healthy lifestyle yourself, you will not only serve as a role model for your kids, but also improve your own health condition!
Get them involved with meal planning, preparing the meal, and cooking it with close supervision and according to their age. Teach then well and let them make healthy choices for their own lunch boxes.
Even if your kids follow any unhealthy eating habit, you can rectify it early before it turns into a bad habit!
Follow these three easy tips to ensure that your kids have the knowledge to be able to start to live healthily throughout their entire life!
